ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Account Executive is a key role within the marketing team of Mango Digital, and will help build clients’ brand awareness through selected media channels. As an Account Executive, the key areas of activity are as follows:

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage projects and deliver end-to-end digital campaign and project performance.
  • Monitor campaign and project performance, timelines and budgets and report on these regularly to the Account Manager.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships so that they trust and value your opinions.
  • Liaise with clients regularly – responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking & researching, managing milestones and approvals.
  • Identify and resolve issues before they arise.
  • Collaborate with team to do paper work: Contract, Appendix, Liquidation…
  • Plan and lead presentations: Collaborate with Planning department to give good strategic advice to clients based upon previous experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including Creative, PR and Technology to ensure the best result for client(s).


Report to: Senior Account Manager

Promotion: Senior Account Executive, Account Manager

Benefit: Basic salary, 13th month salary

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge and experience of Digital PR & Social media 1 or 2 years.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules.
  • Strong client management skills with the proven ability to add value to clients and to drive revenue from existing accounts.
  • Strong problem solving/ troubleshooting skills.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager who is primarily responsible for the management of relationships with clients. As the senior point of contact for an agency’s customers, the Account Manager also coordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work.

Often you will be expected to plan campaigns, and successfully develop business accounts creatively and financially, while playing a positive role in the agency’s new business program.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Business: 30%

  • Support Business Director to approach new clients for selling
  • Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
  • Consulting client to the right direction

Account: 70%

  • Collaborate with internal team to develop plan and lead presentations
  • Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client service
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically
  • Account-manage and deliver end-to-end digital campaign and project performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3-4 years’ digital agency experience in the same scope of work
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Digital platforms
  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules
  • A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Effective team management capabilities
  • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
  • Strong problem solving/ troubleshooting skills


MEDIA MANAGER/ MEDIA SUPERVISOR

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Media Strategy (10%)

  • Coordinate campaign brainstorming and planning with Digital Planners from the big picture stage through execution and final analysis and reporting;
  • Support Digital Planners in strategic digital media planning in campaign strategy sessions;
  • Can create a search and keyword strategy report in Vietnamese using Google tools;
  • Should be able to sift through available research on consumer digital media behavior and come up with insights and recommendations that will inform the strategic team.


Media Planning (20%)

  • Responsible for online media planning activities: plans and costings, KPI setting, account queries and liaises with agency partners and suppliers – hands on negotiation and communication with suppliers is included;
  • Responsible for managing all media planning and reporting digital activities for clients.


Leadership (20%)

  • Candidate will be the champion of digital media in the agency and is expected to grow the media capabilities of the agency;
  • Train and familiarize agency teams with digital media;
  • Maintain good relationships with digital media partners;
  • Update the agency with any new developments in the digital media space.


Monitoring (20%)

  • Oversee and monitor all digital media activities done by agency partners and suppliers including booking and loading media following the approved digital media plan, providing instruction and supervision as needed to meet required KPIs with optimized spending.


Partner Coordination (10%)

  • Oversee and monitor all booking activities done by agency partners and suppliers including booking and loading media following the approved digital media plan, providing instruction and supervision as needed to ensure faithfulness to client approved media plan and meeting required KPIs.


Reporting (10%)

  • Overseeing and directly preparing tracking and reporting for digital campaigns with and sending out to relevant parties;
  • Final review of all digital tracking and reporting reports prior to sending out to relevant parties;
  • Understanding and prior experience in use of tracking platforms from reading, set-up and management.


Analysis (10%)

  • Responsible for campaign performance review presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint for client meetings;
  • Analyze agency partners and publishers for performance and pricing, analyze Vietnam Publishers and recommend new Publishers to engage with, coordinate Publisher engagement.


DIGITAL CONTENT MANAGER

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Content Generation (60%)


  • Brainstorming with the creative team to deliver campaign concepts in the planning stage of pitching.
  • Delivering content breakdowns/deployment of the creative proposals.
  • Formulating a social media content strategy and managing daily content production. 
  • Collaborating with the art production team consisting of graphic designers, videographers and members of the creative department to generate great ideas.
  • Working closely with the creative department to ensure the consistency and high quality of the creative content work.


Management & Leadership (40%)


  • Coaching and managing a content team consisting of creative content writers to write, edit and proofread content and develop content that provokes engagement.
  • Motivating the content team with updated social trends and formats or tactics to enhance the social content quality.

 


Benefit: Basic Salary, 13th month Salary.

Promotion: Sr. Digital Content Manager.

Report to: Digital Creative Lead.


 


REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor‘s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Business or (non)related fields.
  • 2-3 years agency experienced or in a similar content supervisor/manager role.
  • Staying updated on Digital industry trends and Social Media content formats/tactics to adjust the content strategy as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good visual perception on social media.
  • Good leadership qualities.
  • Working under ‘agency side‘ pressure.
